Our custom heavy duty wheel upgrade kits do away with the brittle cast wheels on the CB500X/F/R and replace them with high quality spoked wheels. Machined in-house our custom hubs are laced using stainless steel spokes into top spec rims. Available in both tubed and tubeless systems.

WHICH WHEEL UPGRADE KIT IS BEST FOR YOU ?
The Level 1 Wheel Upgrade Kit keeps the OEM 17"/17" setup for those who need to retain OEM seat height or road biased handling, whereas the Level 2 Wheel Upgrade Kit supplies a 19" front wheel to greatly improve the bikes dirt and adventure abilities. Our design of wheel allows for fitment of OEM disc and fittings whilst being ABS compatible.

TUBELESS WHEEL KITS

We now offer offer the BarTubeless system fitted to our Honda Level 1 and Level 2 Wheel Upgrade Kits. BarTubeless seal the nipples of our wire wheels avoiding the leakage of the air by means of a polymer that is applied inside the channel creating a tubless wheel, ready to fit your tubless tyre to.
BarTubeless is the only system that guarantees the same pressure inside the tyre even in the condition of broken spokes. In the unfortunate event of extreme wheel damage the system is reversible by unscrewing the nickel-plated brass valve and inserting a traditional inner-tube.
The BarTubeless system is guaranteed for 4 years for any structural failure of the polymer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Note. All of these Adventure components are completely bolt-on and can be fitted with the correct tools in a home/workshop environment. However, there are two provisos with the Level 2 Adventure length suspension:
1) The ignition barrel is held on the OEM triple-clamp with security screws, that will have to be drilled to remove. Replacement mounting hardware will be supplied.
